Timecode is a sequence of numeric codes generated at regular intervals used for synchronization and logging. Format: HH:MM:SS:FF (Hours:Minutes:Seconds:Frames).
The 'Frames' (FF) field resets based on the frame rate. For 24fps, it goes 00-23. For 30fps, it goes 00-29.
This version uses Non-Drop Frame (NDF) logic, where every second has strictly the same number of frames. This is standard for 24, 25, and integer 30/60 fps.
