What does M20 concrete mean?

M20 means the concrete has a compressive strength of 20 MPa (megapascals) or 200 kg/cm² after 28 days of curing. The "M" stands for Mix, and the number represents the strength. M20 is the most common grade for residential RCC construction including slabs, beams, and columns.

Which concrete grade should I use for my house foundation?
